Our school is a Personal Development Organization;
we pride ourselves as being Architect’s of Fitness
& Health for the Mind, Body and Soul. Our
program is systematically design to work every
muscle, tendon, joint, and organ while
re-oxygenating the blood throughout your entire body
and increasing mobility. My name is Sensei Jose D.
Hernandez; I’m the owner and chief instructor here
at the Pahrump Family Martial Arts academy.
This program has been design by me to provide
you with practical knowledge that will prepare you
for a positive life changing experience.
We practice the physical movement of the Yang
Style and Chen Style’s of Tai Chi Chuan, this is a
hybrid form of the ancient art of Tai Chi. I have
taken the very best of the forms taught to me by my
instructors and comprised a system that has all of
the major components, which offer maximum benefit on
a physical, mental and spiritual level. These
include: Warn Up Exercises, Chi Kung Exercises and
Tai Chi moves! Chi Kung, Tai Chi and Kung Fu are all
interrelated. The classes are taught in professional
surroundings with an atmosphere of discipline,
warmth and understanding. Our instructors provide
individualize attention and encouragement. Our
program is therapeutic and helps to release stress,
promote spiritual growth and peace of mind.
